SOUTH AFRICA BABY!

Angie's Notes:
South Africa
Day 1 Travel Day
Hanging out in the lounge in JFK. Then going to our gate via a transfer bus to be told we had to go back out through security to another terminal and we only had an 1 1/2 hrs.
Going through security and I got pulled aside and they wouldn't tell me anything. Kev told me to calm down because I was getting pretty pissed. Then they took me into a room to pat me down and asked if I had any Medical Devices or Implants?? I said I did have Implants..hahaha.
Got to the Westin, beautiful hotel. Then went to the Waterfront for drinks and dinner @ Mitchell's first. Then to one at the water which had a beer tap at the table. Robert was really excited.. but it didn't work :( crappy service but great time and cheap shots. Then went on the Ferris Wheel......
Day 2
Woke up to a wonderful breakfast, sorry Dallas. :) Then had a great massage.
Went to our guest house which was so nice.. had the best view ever. Went to Hussar's Grill for dinner. (Walked) Best steak. We found a good beer called Jack Black which Robert thought tasted like Castle so we had a blind taste test. Then he realized it was night and day. Jack Black WAY better. We brought our own bottle of wine and me and Dallas wanted to leave because we just couldn't sit there anymore. I tried to pore my glass of wine back into the bottle to take with us. Then Dallas put the bottle behind her shirt that was wrapped around her and the two of us walked out. On the way home we had to stop to take a pee on the side of the road. During that time it either rained one drop or Dallas' pee splashed on my arm. :) We got home and I went to open the sliding glass door and broke the handle. Told Dallas "don't be mad at me" as I'm holding the handle in my hand. So we went out our bedroom door to the pool. Tried to hide from the boys but didn't do a very good job. Got in the hot tub, listened to some music and drank some more. Dallas decided to jump in the pool and then I did. We ended up taking our tops off and swimming. Then heard "ladies and Gentlemen can you please be quiet". We were really loud.
Day 3
Rainy day, went to the beach to check it out and Dallas was horny. :) Then just walked around and ate and drank. Went to Codfather's which had a turn table full of sushi. Then got food to take back and grill at our Beach House. Invited Joseph to dinner... poor guy, we probably scared the hell out of him. Later that night Kev went to bed and the three of us sat in the living room and drank Jaegger out of the bottle and Dallas and I took pictures on the ipad. I think that was the night that the three of us were singing song.
Day 4
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DALLAS!!! Had breakfast and Robert made momosa's. Then went on our wine tour. First stop we sampled 14 wines and was feeling great. During lunch we ordered a bottle of wine, then Robert thought we needed another. :) Went to a total of 4 winery's. Got dropped off at a Mexican Restaurant and was seated, when Robert realized he left his phone in the Tour Guides Van and Dallas left her Camera. Luckily the guy brought them right back. We went out that night drinking and looking for a dance place. Couldn't find one so went and ate, AGAIN this time to a THAI Restaurant. Robert ordered something so spicy that the lady asked if he was sure he wanted that. After sweating he ate the entire thing which our waitress has never seen be done. I still think he should have gotten a t-shirt. They brought Dallas ice cream with a candle.
Day 5
We went for a little hike up the hill and went to the beach. I know we ate somewhere in there but can't remember where. Robert got in the freezing water. We laid out in the sun for a bit. Our umbrella got carried away in the wind and luckily someone caught it with one hand. Some people were pissed at us. Oh because it's our fault that happened. :) Went back to our Guest House and sat in a sun for awhile and grilled again. Ostrich Steak and Chicken.

Spring has Sprung

Dalyla and Anastyn are well on their way to playing outside and enjoying the sunshine.
Dalyla has been playing with Lily next door and the kids down the street. Today she was looking for new flowers. Probably because the neighbor has way more than we do!
Anastyn loves to swing and go down the slide. She digs in the dirt and loves to just be outside.
She calls Muffin "Da". All animals are "Da". Too cute. She loves to feed Muffin now instead of herself. She is feeding anyone who will take a bite. Lol!
She is about 21 lbs and 1 years old!!
How did the time fly so fast?!
She is a sweet spirit and very busy. She is always on the move. Right now she is teething and man are her gums giving her problems.
She is a very good sleeper until she's in pain. Poor little stink.
She is waving bye, gives kisses and hugs mostly and says momma.

Dalyla is doing excellent in school and reading very well. She is working on sentence structure and knows so much. She tells more than I know. She has a boyfriend John at school. She told me that when they are in high school she will ask him to a dance. The principal told me they play together every day and are really sweet to each other.

Love my kiddos. Next up- Easter!!!

My Blue Eyed Beauties

Here it is 2015 and I am feeling so happy and blessed!
I have two of the most beautiful and amazing daughters and one awesome supportive husband.

I just want to shout out to the world how much I love my family.

Anastyn updates:
she is 10 1/2 months old and weighs 20 lbs.  She has had croup and a few fevers with viruses this last few months.  Over all she is doing so well and really growing up.
She has been walking very well for about a month now.  She doesn't talk a lot with words but she jibber jabbers a lot.

She loves her big sister so much!  She follows her around and is on them move constantly.
She is dancing and loves Mickey Mouse on tv.  It is amazing how fast she learns.  She loves her little babies too.

Dalyla Update:
she is an amazing kid!  She is going to Challenger and is teaching me things already.  She spells well, knows math well, and loves to sing!
Her teachers already recognize that she loves to perform which is totally true.
She is a sweet big sister.  Always carrying Anastyn around and watching her.  She is a big help around the house.
She is very creative and quite the artist. She loves to draw and color.  and she also likes to kid around and tease her mom!
She just recently cut her hair short and loves the "tangle free" life.

My family is a special gift.  I thank my lucky stars everyday for all of the blessings they bring me.

Anastyn and Dalyla

Wow, time has been flying by.  Anastyn, aka, Annie Bear, Ana, FFP, etc. is growing like a weed.  She is now almost 15 weeks old!
She is a sweet baby girl.  She is starting to laugh and squeak.  She talks and coos a ton.  She is just starting to learn how to reach for things and put blankets in her mouth.  She sucks on her hands constantly especially when she has bubbles or is mad.
She is a hard baby at night.  Constantly wants to be held and fed. :)  I love her smiles.
For some damn reason every time I upload a photo from work, they come in sideways.  But you get the drift.  She is a cutie pie!

Dalyla...
She just started summer school today.  She loves to learn.  She reads very well and is learning addition and subtraction.
She is so funny and very creative.  She loves to make her own fun.  She "yada yada yada'd" me the other day.  She helps me clean most of the time.  She loves to leave things on the floor.  Coloring is her favorite past time.
I asked her the other day if she would pick something up off the floor and her reply was "well mom, I know you are important, but I really need to finish this picture..."
She rolls her eyes and talks like she is 15.  She is really good with Anastyn and talks with her a lot.  The other day I caught her dragging the bouncer around with Ana in it.  Too funny.
Dalyla will shake her butt at me and say "pinch my bum mom".  That's because it's irresistible!
Love this kid more than anything!
She drew me flying a kite. :)
