Yesterday was Robert's 33rd Birthday!
I made him some brownies and ice cream on Sunday and had Kent and Trav and Merri over to celebrate. Yesterday we went to dinner at Madelines and had an awesome Mud Pie..mmmmm, yummy!

We are going to Jaimaca October 21st and for Labor Day we are going to Manhattan Beach, CA with Mandi and Nate..fun fun!

8/8/08-woohoo!

So we had to run today for Crossfit a 15k. Robert finished in 1hr 30 mins. I didn't make it through the 15K but I did complete my 10k and shaved off 10mins.
It's hard to make it through the rest of the day...my legs want to seize up.
