What an amazing man Robert is! He has been working his buns off trying to get this house done. So far he has excavated the earth, constructed concrete walls and floors for our additional basement, built the entire upstairs with a bay window added, refinished existing and added new hard wood floors and finished by himself! Now all that is left to do is the fun stuff...the stuff that takes forever...Case and base, window trim, painting, light switches and then WALA furniture!
What man can do all of this and work too? My husband! I love this guy!
So sorry ladies, he's mine! :)
I can only hope that our sweet Dalyla Skye takes after her daddy and is as amazing and smart as he is. So far so good!
I dedicate this blog to my family. I cherish my daughter and husband more than anything in this world.

Standing Tall
So, Dalyla think she is so big. She pulls herself up on anything she can grab on to. She loves to walk along things. She crawls everywhere but when that's not good enough she pulls herself up.
She is now liking big girl food like mashed potatoes, spaghetti and pastas. I try not to give her too much yet. Today she had a cheese quesadilla with wheat tortilla at Cafe Rio. She loved it!
In the bath she loves to pull herself up to the side. She thinks she is so cool. :)
She is saying so many things and doing so many things. It is amazing how fast she catches on. She loves to give kisses, wet ones too! gtgu fg that's Dalyla. She likes the keyboard too. :)
Robert is sanding our floor. I cannot wait until this remodeling shit is over. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! God bless his little heart!
We went to Hawaii and left Dalyla for a week. That was soo hard. While we were there we had a Tsunami scare. I thought for sure she wasn't going to have parents anymore. IT really makes you think and be grateful for what you have. Turned out to be nothing and we bought a t-shirt that said we survived. :)
It was nice to spend some quality time with Robert. It's been a while. We had amazing time, great dinner, drinks and saw some beautiful rainbows on a rainy evening.

Crawling like crazy..
Little Dalyla Skye has mastered the art of crawling. She began crawling steady at 8 months. Now, there is no stopping her! Keep away is the object of the game now!
My sweet pea is amazing! Poor little thing is battling RSV. Luckily her oxygen levels are good. That's what I get for leaving her to enjoy the Hawaii sun without her. :)
She says Kaka now baba for everything, and momma. She points at what she wants now and she claps. I think when she claps she is trying to play Itsy Bitsy Spider. :) She loves that song. I sing that to her when I'm changing her because she hates to be down for 5 seconds for fear she might miss something.
She did very well staying with her two grandma's while we were in Oahu. I think she did so well that she wanted to just stay with Grandma Jana forever! :)
Thanks Grandma's!
